- In case any accident occurred or cause any damage to the vehicle or any third party the entire damage, compensation, claim or whatsoever amount shall be paid by the rider.
- Due to any circumstances if any dispute arises that the same shall be at Solan Courts Jurisdiction only
- The actual and physical possession of the vehicle and its document has been already handed over to the rider as per contract date and time at the spot and since then the rider shall be liable and responsible for all kinds of challans, accidents, liabilities of the above said vehicle upto he return / handover its possession to the owner / contractor.
- The rider shall not keep, carry and transport any illegal and illicit material in the said vehicle and if he/she does so, he/she shall be doing so at his/her risks cost and responsibility and would be liable and responsible for all civil as well as criminal liabilities of the above said vehicle and would be liable to indemnify the first party in all respects including the costs of the vehicle if any liability due to aforesaid acts of the rider comes upon the owner / contractor
